Do I need any cleaning chemicals or detergents?
No. Just water. The heated steam itself breaks down grease and grime using heat and pressure, not chemical solvents.
What surfaces can I use it on?
It's designed for kitchen surfaces, bathroom tiles and grout, glass, upholstery, and car interiors. Avoid unsealed hardwood, unsealed natural stone, delicate fabrics like silk, painted walls, and any electrical outlets or devices.
How long does it stay hot?
Each fill gives you roughly 10–15 minutes of continuous steam. A built-in water shortage alarm lets you know when it's time to refill.
Is it safe to use?
It's CE certified and contains no high-concern chemicals. The extension rod does get very hot during use, so avoid touching it directly while the unit is running, and let it cool before switching attachments.
