How your order ships
Every order goes through the same three steps from the moment you check out to the moment it arrives.
Order Processing
Orders take 1–3 business days to be prepared and packed.
In Transit / Shipping
Once processed, shipping takes 6–8 business days to arrive at your address.
Delivered
You'll receive a email notification with tracking details once your package is on its way.
Delivery estimates
These are estimates in business days, not guarantees. Customs processing, weather, and regional carrier delays can extend delivery beyond the ranges below.

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States only. If you need delivery outside the US, contact us before ordering and we'll let you know if it's possible.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order to US addresses. Any exceptions or promotions will be clearly shown on the product page or at checkout.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Orders are shipped from our supplier's international warehouse network. Depending on your location, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country.
- Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. We do not collect these fees at checkout and cannot predict their amount.
- If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Contact your local customs office for more information on import regulations before ordering if this is a concern.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 days, or your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll look into it with the carrier on your behalf.
