We maintain a 30-day return policy, which grants you a total of 30 days after receiving your item to formally request a return.
To ensure your return is eligible, please verify that your item meets the following benchmark conditions:

- It must be completely unworn or unused, with tags, and enclosed in its original packaging.
- You will need to provide the receipt or verifiable proof of purchase.

If your return request is officially accepted, we will immediately send you a dedicated return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to dispatch your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

⚠️Damages and Issues
Please thoroughly inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact our support desk right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you happen to receive the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue instantly and make it right.
💰Refund Process & Timelines
We will notify you immediately once we have received and thoroughly inspected your return, letting you know if the refund has been approved or not.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account statement.
